1. Introduction

At TechEdge Solutions, we strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services and products we provide. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our IT training courses, consulting services, and marketing analytics solutions. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. General Provisions

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website, over the phone, or via written agreement. By purchasing our services or products, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@logicisbix.world or by contacting our customer service team at +1 (571) 980-6489. Refund requests must include:

  • Your full name
  • Contact information
  • Order or invoice number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund
  • Any relevant supporting documentation

3. IT Training Courses

3.1 Public Training Courses

Cancellation by Client:

  • 14+ days before course start date: Full refund or course rescheduling with no additional fees.
  • 7-13 days before course start date: 75% refund or course rescheduling with no additional fees.
  • 3-6 days before course start date: 50% refund or course rescheduling subject to a 25% administrative fee.
  • 0-2 days before course start date: No refund available, but course rescheduling is possible subject to a 50% administrative fee.

Course Substitutions: You may substitute another person to attend the course in your place at no additional charge, provided we receive written notification at least 24 hours prior to the course start date.

3.2 Private Training Courses

Cancellation by Client:

  • 21+ days before course start date: Full refund or course rescheduling with no additional fees.
  • 14-20 days before course start date: 75% refund or course rescheduling with no additional fees.
  • 7-13 days before course start date: 50% refund or course rescheduling subject to a 25% administrative fee.
  • 0-6 days before course start date: No refund available, but course rescheduling is possible subject to a 50% administrative fee.

3.3 Online/Self-Paced Training

  • Within 7 days of purchase (if not accessed): Full refund.
  • After 7 days of purchase or after accessing course materials: No refund available.

3.4 Cancellation by TechEdge Solutions

If we cancel a training course for any reason, you will be offered the following options:

  • Full refund
  • Transfer to another scheduled course date
  • Credit toward a future course (valid for 12 months)

4. IT Consulting Services

4.1 Fixed-Price Consulting Projects

For consulting services contracted on a fixed-price basis:

  • Before project commencement: Refund of paid amounts less 10% administrative fee.
  • After project commencement: Partial refund based on the percentage of work completed, less a 10% administrative fee.
  • After project completion: No refund available.

All project cancellations must be submitted in writing. The determination of the percentage of work completed will be made by TechEdge Solutions in good faith based on documented deliverables and time spent.

4.2 Time and Materials Consulting

For consulting services contracted on a time and materials basis:

  • Unused prepaid hours: Refund available less a 10% administrative fee.
  • Used hours: No refund available for hours already used or work already performed.

4.3 Retainer Agreements

For consulting services contracted under a retainer agreement:

  • Cancellation before services start: 90% refund of the retainer amount.
  • Cancellation after services start: No refund for the current month's retainer, but future months' prepaid retainers will be refunded in full.

5. Marketing Analytics Solutions

5.1 Software Subscriptions

  • Within 14 days of purchase (monthly subscriptions): Prorated refund based on usage.
  • Within 30 days of purchase (annual subscriptions): Prorated refund based on usage.
  • After the above periods: No refund available, but you may cancel your subscription to prevent future billing.

5.2 Custom Analytics Reports and Services

  • Before work commencement: Full refund less a 5% administrative fee.
  • After work commencement but before delivery: Partial refund based on the percentage of work completed, less a 5% administrative fee.
  • After delivery: No refund available unless the deliverables substantially fail to meet the agreed-upon specifications.

5.3 Marketing Analytics Training

Our Marketing Analytics training courses follow the same refund policy as outlined in Section 3 (IT Training Courses).

6. Merchandise and Physical Products

For physical merchandise or products:

  • Within 30 days of receipt: Full refund (including original shipping costs) if the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Damaged or defective items: Full refund or replacement available if reported within 7 days of receipt, with photographic evidence of damage.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and the possibility of duplication after delivery, all sales of digital products (e-books, templates, downloadable resources, etc.) are final, and no refunds are available unless the product is found to be materially defective.

If you encounter issues with accessing or using a digital product, please contact our customer support for assistance before requesting a refund.

8. Payment of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

For payments made via wire transfer or check, refunds may take up to 15 business days to process.

9. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Administrative fees
  • Rush service fees
  • Customization fees once work has commenced
  • Shipping and handling fees (except in cases of our error or defective products)
  • Services that have been fully performed
  • Custom-developed materials or solutions created specifically for a client

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

For certain services, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If a service is covered by our satisfaction guarantee, this will be explicitly stated in the service description or agreement. To qualify for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, you must:

  • Submit your refund request within 30 days of service completion
  • Provide specific feedback about why the service did not meet your expectations
  • Have participated fully in the service as designed (attended all sessions, completed required work, etc.)

We reserve the right to offer alternative solutions before processing a refund, such as additional support, service modifications, or partial credits.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our decision regarding a refund request, please contact us in writing with additional information to support your claim. We will review your appeal and respond within 10 business days.

If we are unable to resolve the dispute internally, the matter will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms and Conditions.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
