All project cancellations must be submitted in writing. The determination of the percentage of work completed will be made by TechEdge Solutions in good faith based on documented deliverables and time spent.

Our Marketing Analytics training courses follow the same refund policy as outlined in Section 3 (IT Training Courses).
For physical merchandise or products:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Due to the nature of digital products and the possibility of duplication after delivery, all sales of digital products (e-books, templates, downloadable resources, etc.) are final, and no refunds are available unless the product is found to be materially defective.
